yea, theres a built in burning feature that lets you burn an unlimited amount of times
I think it's 5 times max for DRM'd WMA from Napster. (iTunes is 10 times.) Not that it matters though since once you've burned the CD you can just copy it.

The 9.95 Premium Service that offers unlimited downloading also allows for unlimited burning

But the unlimited downloading is NOT tantamount to buying the songs. You have to buy them to burn them, as I found out last night when I tried to burn a CD of songs I downloaded. So for your $9.99, you can download songs to your computer, and listen to them there. The downloaded songs also won't play on your MP3\WMA player because they are locked somehow. Even though you have the files on your computer, you also can't use alternate burning software to make a CD. The only thing that the Premium Service gives you is the ability to 'borrow' the songs. You can listen to them, but you can't do anything else with them. The only real advantage is you get to listen to full songs instead of 30 second samples.

This idea sucks.

Oh, and when I went to burn my CD, it came up with a price list and said that the cost of the CD I wanted to make would $17.94.... more than the retail price.

I love the amount of info they give on the website. You have one choice, download the software. That's it. Genius move on their part...

They don't really tell you much about the premium service... just "Unlimited downloads!" So I signed up... Oh well, I'm a little wiser.

The only real advantage of this is, you can constantly be listening to new and different music on your computer. Which is nice. Kinda like radio, but uber high quality. Don't know if it's worth 10 bucks a month.
