Napster Free Trial

is napster dying or something? Best Buy has the 128MB "napster" MP3/WMA player for $50 this week and it comes with a 2 month trial plus 10 free downloads.
 
I use napster for listening to CDs before I buy them, since I don't "infringe" music. $10 a month is very reasonable if it saves me from buying 1 bad CD.
