Mine is up and running just fine. I've heard they're going to start charging a monthly fee for Napster. In theory they think they'll make lots of money but what you truly have is a bunch of young kids that don't own a credit card, therefore there won't be enough of a database to download. But what I want to know is when are they going to start charging? Anybody with a clue out there?

the decision made in the courts today was to send the earlier decision back to the lower courts for "re-tooling"[ack! It's Florida all over!!!!!!]. Untill then, nothing will happen to Napster, except mabye high traffic of people like us trying to grab those last easy freebies.

that's right--they have to go through the process all over again. which will certainly take months upon months (again). some of you should read the news before throwing in the towel and getting everyone else all excited!
