Nand flash of Silicon Power V60?

Does anyone know what type of nand flash is used in V60?
Someony says: It uses sandisk SDZNPQBHER-016GT.
Is that a synchronized nad flash?
I have read the post on the top but i could not find V60 in the list.

If it's SanDisk, then it's Toggle-Mode NAND.
