naming my computer?

I name them after Stargate ships. Mine's Prometheus (cos it's a huge beast) and the others comps are Alkesh, Death-Glider and X-303. 😉

I name them after famous authors or historic battles. Bastone, Austerlitz, Aquinas, Gettysburg, etc.

I like norse names, Loki, Mjollnir, etc.

I name mine after a characteristic of the machine, GreyDragon, BlingMobile, Frisbee, Gigantor. Other peeps comps I put together are named after them.

My main PC is named The Bitch, after my wife. I name my six HDs after Garfield characters. (I like Garfeild) 🙂

Ha ha I've seen ti. Pretty good lol. My Desktop are names The_Coolness and Heymrdj. Network names are DELL-ULTIMA and SOYO-CUSTOM lol.

My computer names usually have something to do with the computer itself.

In the mid 90's I had a Hewlett Packard and I named it "Hewie".

Shortly after we got a Gateway and we named it "Cow" for obvious reasons.

After that I got the computer I have now, which I built myself. I called that one "Sonya".

I'm in the process of making a new computer and I've been trying to think up of a new name for it. Since it has a Tsunami Dream case with Blue LEDs on the front I was thinking of naming it "Blue". That way I can say, "You're my boy Blue!"
