Since the program is only 30 minutes they will list only those killed since March 19, 2003

I think GWB and Cheney ought to be forced to watch it.
 
"Nightline" ratings up on war broadcast

May 4, 2004 | NEW YORK (AP) -- ABC's ``Nightline'' telecast with the names of Iraqi war dead last week drew a bigger audience than usual for the late-night newscast.

Friday's ``Nightline'' had a 4.4 household rating in a measurement of the nation's largest media markets, according to preliminary Nielsen Media Research ratings. That was up 22 percent from the previous Friday.

The rating was up 29 percent from other ``Nightline'' telecasts during last week.
 
Apologists' stance on the issues:

The Nightline 'controversy' : Its a publicity stunt! They're doing it for the money!
"Transfer Tubes" not being shown on the media: The anti-american media would use those pictures to uh... I dunno!
Bush not attending the funerals of the dead: Bush doesn't go because he doesn't want people thinking hes doing it for a photo-op
