I'm a big fan of Kerrygold's Dubliner aged cheddar. Could eat it all day!

That's a tough one. There are so many good cheeses for different occasions. I don't think I can pick just one.

Yep, I can't pick just one. Cheese is just about the best thing mankind has ever made.

this is true.

but if im at the store and looking for a quick cheese snack its a toss up between havarti with dill or meunster.

I don't know that I have a favorite...I love them all!

Brie
Cheddar
Gouda
Gruyere
Swiss
Feta
Goat
Blue
Gorgonzola
Parmigiano Reggiano

Those are just some of my favorites. Depends on what's for dinner I guess.

American Cheese Society awards are tomorrow night in Seattle. Like the Oscars of cheese.

Anyway I'm a brie man. I try to be classy and try different types of cheese, but at the end of the day I just want some brie.

The one I don't eat. I haven't eaten any cheese for weeks. Gotta watch the cholesterol. I do have some in the freezer.

For most people cheese consumption is unrelated to cholesterol. Only about 1 in 5 actually absorb cholesterol from food, the rest manufacture it internally using the fats eaten. Although cheese tends to be higher in saturated fat than other foods, there is no reason that a well balanced diet can't include cheese, particularly if you exercise regularly in order to control triglycerides.
