Mine's a regular office job at an ad agency, but the indirect benefits have been pretty good. The small ones are the we get a lot of free samples of some our clients' products which are in various B2C and B2B industries. Free cokes from the stocked company fridge. And since I personally do a lot of consulting work for companies in Hawaii I'm hoping that'll eventually translate into deeply discounted or totally comped accommodations (and maybe even airfare since I did some stuff for an airline out there.) On a bigger scale, being in the geek sector of the company (web development and marketing) I'm good friends with the company's IT guy so I get access to the usual freebies and 'backstage' access:
-Old or unused monitors
-Old or unused systems
-Various generic hardware components and accessories
-Software
-Pretty much unlimited free server space and bandwidth
They'll supposedly also pay 50% of the cost of a PDA I buy for myself, but I haven't tried that one yet.
The two best deals have come recently though. I'm now "storing" an old Runco CinemaPro 750 video projector since we've upgraded to smaller portable models. It's now permanately setup in my recently 'modded' basement office for my big screen viewing pleasure.

I also found out at the beginning of this year that the company doesn't care if we join the American Express Rewards program on our company-issued AmEx cards as long as we pay the annual membership fee out of our pockets. So now I get points for all the money my company spends for itself and its clients. My average bill has been ~$10,000/month (and will probably double next fiscal year) so I'm basically earning a ton of frequent flyer miles or the equivalent of a 'free' $100 gift certificate at AmEx Rewards partners like Home Depot or Staples every month.
I also steal Post-Its.
