Name this movie

My dad said he watched a good movie on TV the other day but couldn't remember the name. He said it was like Indiana Jones, same type of action/adventure and set in the same time period that Indiana Jones was set, like in the 30s. I think he said it was made in 2008.


Anyone know what this movie is?

Yea was probably The Mummy, set in the same period and the first one has a very Indiana Jones feel.

He said it definitely was NOT any of The Mummy movies and it was definitely NOT the Librarian movies, as they are set in modern time. He kept saying it was called The Exorcist or something like that (which makes no sense to me). He said that they were in a pyramid in Egypt and there were pictures of demons on the walls. He also said one of the characters was an ex-priest.

could be one of the exorcist prequels that have been plaguing tv lately, i saw an ad for a new one i havent (and wont) see. went straight to tv as far as i know.

A lot of TV movies won't state the title of the movie.

I don't know how he knew the year though
