I hear this song every once in a while on the rock station here, and I've looked through their playlist but can't find the one I'm talking about. It sounds like maybe a British band and honestly reminds me of THE KILLERS but I don't think it is.

It's got a strong and constant backbeat and all the lyrics I can remember is the chorus (I presume) which is repeated over and over in the song, and even then I can't make out all the words...something like

Don't worry we all fall down alright
I'm ready...something something...

At least that's what it sounds like. Anyone have ANY IDEA what I'm talking about? I'm desperate here
