Young black kid breaks into this rich families house. The two adults that live there (like to dress in leather) have a bunch of kids locked in their basement and hiding in the walls. The whole movie is abou him trying to escape and help the others escape. It ends with them finding lots of money in the basement and the house blowing up.

You got it dead on. I searched IMDB for basement, lock, etc. but didn't find it. Thanks.
