I like to 'roll' a small piece of Scotch tape and slip it on my finger. I have no idea why, I just like the way it feels.

On topic though, when I was little I used to put black olives on all my fingers then eat them off. I still do every now and then even though they don't fit and split open.

I have an oven with an LED timer. The oven makes an annoying "beep-beep-beep" sound when the timer reaches zero. I like to put in my food, set the timer, then go in the other room. Then I try to mentally estimate how much time is left. I start humming the tune from Mission Impossible, and make my way through the house, ducking for cover where available, and sometimes jumping over the couch. My goal is to reach the timer with 5 seconds or less left before the "beep" goes off, and disable it. I'm good at this.

Your scotch tape story does remind me of something weird I used to do. If I got bored, I liked to put some glue on my hand and then let it sit until it dried. I would then peel it off, imagining that it was a layer of skin. It does seem very odd now that I think back on it.
