World In Conflict. It was fun for a few hours in the beta, but then I realized how shallow it was.

And Bioshock. It just feels too consolized. And the "moral choices" really aren't very expansive.

Hellgate London.

Hands down. I was so pumped about getting this game. It turned out to be a buggy POS with terrible gameplay.

Another vote for WoW. Despite trying repeatedly I just can't enjoy MMO games. The only enjoyment I get out of them is getting to play with friends who do nothing but play WoW these day.

Unreal Tournament

Almost 10 years later (?), it still stands as my biggest waste of money, and least played game. Payed full price, gave it less than 5 hours and dumped it. I liked the demo a lot, just couldn't stand the full game.

Bioshock, couldn't get into. I really did try. Some say it 's supposed to be a spiritual successor to System Shock 2. I sure hope not.. SS2 was 100x better imo.

!!!

The game I got the most play out of, by a far far margin. Think I played it for 2-3 years.

Half Life 2 by a long way. That was one of the very few games I've ever played that genuinely became a chore to complete, for a variety of reasons.

Bioshock was way overhyped by the reviews, but I still found it a very good game despite its flaws.

STALKER. I'm so pissed that I bought the game on Steam because I can't sell it. I pretty much hate everything about it. Bad graphics (supposedly it has good graphics but I have to turn off dynamic lights otherwise it stutters every 5 seconds), bad gameplay, confusing, buggy... everything about it is terrible.

Oblivion.

Pretty but vapid. No depth. They were shooting for the short attention span console market, which they hit. Four gamers in the house here, and everyone of us had quit playing it two months in.

Half Life 2
Starcraft
COD4

HL2 being the worst by far. Starcraft and COD4 about the same.

I still play it 8 years after it's release.

WOW had the worst interface I have seen in a popular game. I have no idea how it does so well when even the most simple things are tedious.

Sins of a Solar Empire also didn't do it for me, even after all the rave reviews. It was fun to watch the major battles in replay mode, but the actual gameplay wasn't so fun for me.

Let's see...

Call of Duty 2 was a let down.
Stalker blew ass (couldn't get past the graphics, my bro played it and stopped half way).
Final Fantasy X (wasn't too bad but I still yearn for an FF7-like experience)
Halo 3 (Overhyped. I did enjoy Halo 1.)

I should also add Call of Duty 4. I was utterly disappointed with this game, which is too bad because I loved CoD2.
