If that's the song I think it is, it's not hockey-specific. They play it at Mariners' games all the time. I've also heard it at some NFL games.

No idea what it's called though (although I'm kinda curious myself).

Ok I found it. Ironically it was the first hit on a google search.

The song is called Zombie Nation by Kernkraft 400. The original sucks or at least the first 20 seconds of it, what I've heard before is the "DJ Gus Video cut".
