The first 2 are always on my list. The rest are just others I really like...

I like your list... but Stargate? The Kurt Russel movie? 😕

BTW, Yet Another Thread with No Input from OP

Five movies just won't cut it.

1. Star Trek II (Everything is fantastic- acting, script, sfx, music, etc, etc)

2. Pulp Fiction (I don't watch it anymore, it's too evil, but what a work of genius)

3. Windaria (Also don't watch anymore, I don't like crying)

4. Master and Commander

5. Heat

6. Kelly's Heroes (I never hear anything about it, massively underrated classic)

7. The Princess Bride

8. Legend (A villain to rival Darth Vader)

9. The Matrix

10. Willow

It hurts to pare my list even to 10. Oddly, my favorite actor, Gary Oldman, isn't in any of these.

Honorable mention: Koyaanisqatsi, Farewell My Concubine, Die Hard, The Road to Perdition, The Fellowship of the Ring (far better than ROTK), Das Boot, Dune (old version), Glengarry Glen Ross (see Pulp Fiction), Shogun (made for TV)

Yes, not all of these would be on my list of "best" movies.

I have 6 movie poster originals in my home theater, in no particular order:

To Kill a Mockingbird
The Wizard of Oz
Star Wars
Alien
Braveheart
Usual Suspects

I like movies about career criminals and mobsters which is pretty ironic if you knew who I worked for.

\/\/\/\/\/ Damn, I forgot the Boondock Saints. Whatever came of the sequel?
