damn good book. rented it from the library, never took it back. It was so good (and so damn hard to find in my area) that I paid the fines+book cost to keep it.

The thread was not about the best books or the most exciting, but the ones everyone should read. Like it or not, Moby Dick is one of the most important novels in American history.
