It doesn't allow for special characters, and the "little line above the o" might count as one.

This might explain: Can't update my profile due to special characters in my name....

Dunno if that is why they haven't responded.

its the english way of spelling it. but i prefer the japanese way i listed in the original post, if at all possible! 🙂 😀
