When you call someone an a$$Ho or a moron, etc. on the ATOT, aren't you afraid that one of them might just be a paranoid psycho who might just track you down and kill you over it?

Possibly. Ever see Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back?

😀

If luvya hasn't tracked me down and murdered me and eaten my corpse yet, i'm sure you guys are all safe.

😉

This is the first time I've ever said this on ATOT.

Stop posting.

This is just another attention whore thread, much like the other one he made, titled, "Its time to talk abou GOD again."

The aluminum foil that I wrap myself in and cover my roof with keeps satellites from reading my thoughts and locating me, so I think I'm fine.

You just described half the threads on this board. 😀

"Nope...I've kept my name/location in my profile from day 1.

Bring it on!

I don't hide like some people and I'm not even afraid to post pics that <gasp> actually show my face! And no disclaimers necessary to see them either!"

God, you must be a man of strength, but I'm a woman--not a man. 😉 😛 And as a curious person who loves to investigate, I know how easy it is to obtain personal information about people. 🙂

As to the original post, I do not insult people in real life, except in extreme cases. So the same applies to the 'net. It isn't because of paranoia.

On the other hand, call me paranoid, but I know that most of the people I'm dealing with at the forum are not the regular Joe. So besides I being a private person even in real life, I still have reason to safeguard more on the 'net. But even more importantly, if the 'net is to be like real life, then what makes it any better than real life? People always said that the 'net was such a great invention 'cuz people could now express themselves anonymously without worries, but it seems real life is creeping gradually into the 'net life.
