Liquid at room temp: the fluid must be liquid at 21°C w/ no application of pressure.

Liquid nitrogen is liquid, but the fluid is -196C.

Glass isn't a liquid at room temperature anyway -- it's an amorphous solid. Read your Straight Dope.
