There arent that many formed before 2000 that dont have ridiculous sounding names...

My favorite (and a sweet band too) is Toad the Wet Sprocket!

waht about songs? i hate Hinder just because of that lips of an angel song.
the rest of their songs could be wonderful and brign world peace but i will never like them because of that 1 crappy song.
 
Disturbed *technically* released their first album in 2000. It's a very simple name that actually has a definition in the dictionary.
