For example, the Spock character has been in ST:TOS and ST:TNG. Majel Barrett-Roddenberry has been in both, but not as the same character, playing either a nurse, a computer voice, or troi's annoying mom 😛

 
So one chacter that's been in 6 shows eh? What timeframe are we talking about? And is it main characters in all 6 shows or just 1 episode guest appearances?

Frasier's been in a couple but since I'm fried at work, that's all I'm coming up with for now.
 
One of the Brady Bunch actors? I knew there were several spinoffs and revival series that featured the same actors/characters.

 
Er... maybe a bit vague. Anyone who has played superman has had their character appear in at least 6 shows.

I wonder if richard belzer qualifies. I know he was in at least 3 shows between homicide, law and order, and various cross overs.

Mrs. Roddenberry also plays the computer voice in ST:VOY and Earth: Final Conflict.
