Kind of a rant here, I'm gettig sick of seeing the naked girl mudflaps on trucks.

Why do they need to wear their sexual preference like a badge? Yes you're straight good for you, no one cares.

I'm not a heterophobe at all. A few in my family are hetero, some of my best friends are hetero, it's just part of my reality. So your sexual preference is really a non issue. But touting it like something to be displated is different.

male chauvinism is a "complex" issue in many peoples view, but if "they" what to be handled completely equal, why do they wear their sexual preference as a symbol of difference?

So, are you okay with the rainbow stickers on the cars of homosexuals?

Edit: Damn, did I miss the parody? It's late, I guess.

Perhaps you're being presumptuous? What if the driver of said truck is a female?

honestly, they've always kind of annoyed me.

I drive on Route 80 on a regular basis (between NYC and Central PA), and see a lot of truckers with the naked girl mudflaps. while it doesn't bother me very much, I think about families driving on the highway. even if it's a cartoon, I don't know if I'd want my 6 year-old son or daughter looking at that kinda stuff.

(pride stickers are different, because -- generally speaking -- there's no nudity or profanity involved)

How do you know that the trucker driver you see with the naked girl mudflap isn't doing it to poke fun at all the other truck drivers who have naked girl mudflaps? You know... kind of like hotchick's nickname.

Just trying to let the ladies that like truckers know, they are available. Same reason a gay man would wear one earing, or a lesbian would wear comfortable shoes. ;)
