nailed it down to either AGP or memory problem, opinions?

I have the components below,, Let eme explain the symptoms,, I have nailed it down to either the Creative TNT Ultra 2 AGP card or the memory config,, In Windows 2K the machine performs flawlessly,, very fast,opening programs,, multitasking is perfect I can open twenty apps and scream along,, I have two symptoms,,

1) When I play a game in VGA mode it randomly freezes, sometimes after thirty seconds, sometimes after 10 minutes,, I see in task manager that CPU is %100,, however when the game is minimized and I am working in windows CPU is at %100 but I can work and it seems very stable, as soon as I go back into the game or VGA it crashes after a short time.


2) During install of any application the install wizard will hang on the final bit,, %99 or %100 for some time before setup will continue,also the mouse becomes slow. This only really happens during large installs.
