Nagging Stability Problem

Just put together a system with:
DFI Lanparty UT NF4 socket 939
AMD 64 3000+
2x512 Crucial Ballistix
2x Seagate Baracuda's

I'm getting failed installs when I try to load Winxp pro. The system will stall in different places while transferring a file. I have another copy of XP loaded on another system, so I know it's not a bad CD. I have a DVD burner and standard Cd reader and get same results whichever one I use. I've tried loading with RAID 0 and without it. I have NOT attempted any OC yet, so that's not a problem. All components are new. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Awesome call, dude. Failing Memtest86 from a boot floppy right now. Gonna run test with individual sticks to determine which one is bad next. Will update ya.

Update #2. Ran each stick solo and both failed. Put in a stick of 512MB from my son's comp and no errors, so I know it's a mem prob and not the MB.
