The African community has marginalized themselves by, for far too long, putting all their proverbial political eggs in one basket. I partly agree with you but the last statement is fairly silly. I think it is not so much Bush neglecting the black votes and give them up as a democratic lock as it is the NAACP is for AA and quota's which has become racist especially when it forgets Hispanic, Indians and Asians and solely promotes the betterment of one race above all others.
