NAACP Claims Card Speaking The Term "Black Hole" Is Racist

The Los Angeles chapter of the NAACP last week forced Hallmark to pull from its shelves a graduation card the civil rights group deemed racist.

"Printed on the card, is dialogue such as, 'Watch out, Saturn, this grad is gonna run rings around you!'" reported the Orange County Register on June 3.

"And on the audio chip that plays once the card is opened, [characters] Hoops and Yoyo continue their riffing on all the things new graduates are going to do once they get out there to take on the universe...'And you black holes -- you're so ominous! And you planets? Watch your back!'"

But as KABC-TV reported, folks at the NAACP hear the words "black whores"

The colored people are running out of things to whine about.

Maybe they should shift their focus on trying to fix real issues for black people. Like why so many black kids live in broken homes and why their crime rate is insane.

While playing BB at the local park one off my buddies called a black guy on our team a Black Hole. The guy stopped and looked at my buddy and with a stern voice asked him what he called him. My buddy said you're like a Black Hole, once the ball goes to you it never comes back out meaning that he was a Ball Hog.

While the term black hole is anything but racist, it looks like they are complaining about how Black Hole is pronounced, not that the use of Black Hole is racist. Either way it's fucking stupid.

With respect, I think you're making a big mistake. A man's race doesn't go hand in hand with being a dumbass. Sharpton and the gang are morons because they're morons, not black.

They may be comforted to know that whites are equally harmed by this terminology, because White Holes exist as well. (Or are they only theoretical?)

Talking about slavery with other Americans is annoying for the most part because they associate slave/slavery with Africans and totally ignore the fact that slavery has existed as long as man kind has been around(hell it still is in some places) and that pretty much every group of peoples has had some be slaves.
