n00b with the a7n8x deluxe/2100xp

Just got mine in today, and was so ecstatic (sorta like xmas), I just ripped it open, and threw the shizz together. Somehow I forgot to check if it was a tbred a or b. Anyway to check it without taking it apart again. I will eventually, but would obviously like to find out sooner.

if you can..more than likely it's a B
if you can't ...more than likely it's an A

easiest way i could think of . . . .

use a program like WCPUID, that should tell you

get WCPUID, check the CPUID-if you get 680, then it's a T-bred a
if you get 681, then it's a t-bred b

I don't think there are 2100+ Tbred A's. They're either extremely rare or nonexistant. That pretty much narrows it down.

i put mine to 2GHz today and it's runnin' like a champ. Having multiplier and vcore issues (dunno how to lower one and raise the other :/)

2 x 512mb Mwave PC2700

175 x 12.5 = 2.19ghz
vcore = 1.75v

6-2-2-2.5
mem = 2.7v

No prime 95 yet... gonna find it now...
