I'm going to purchase a AMD 2600+ M and a DFI LanParty board soon and want to overclock it as much as possible! So, I'm thinking about going into Watercooling (which I have no experience with).

Will watercooling make a difference (ie. is it worth the extra $$)?

Also, can anyone recommend some good watercooling systems for a n00b or any websites with good instructions?

I've been looking at CoolerMaster's Aquagate and the Koolance systems. Only thing I don't like about the Aquagate is I can't cool my video card. The Koolance systems are huge too, but I can see the advantage of having them outside the case (in case it leaks).

Watercooling is your best bet if you want to do extreme overclocking. I'd check out Swiftech (Swiftnets.com). They make quality components at a great price. They also sell there products in kits which makes them newjack friendly.

Those kits look nice, but they seem pretty loud. The most quiet system they have is at 28 dBA.

28 isn't loud at all. You could always hook it up to a simple fan controller if it really bothers you that much. I love the sound of my vantec torados, its almost hypnotic.

make it compeletely yourself, i'll be finishing a guide i've had in the works for a while soon! watch out for your board, you have a resistor right next to one of the mounting holes (i know it sucks, i have one) since your a noob, i recommend an sp-97, an air heatsink that is compatible with the dfi boards (with neo backplate) and cools better than those low end watercoolign systems. here are some guidelines
a cheap prebuilt watercooling system will cool like crap, and an sp-97 will outperform it for half the price
an expensive watercooling system will cool better, but you can do it yourself and outperform it for half the price
so... whats it gonna be?
pm me if u need help, i've had many leaks, many setups, different things in different places, and complete diy watercooling, i even made the waterblock :p.
for all those who want the guides: sry, my bro moved away and took the digital camera, so i only have pics up to a point. i'll be getting another camera soon, so stay posted
