I've never pricematched anything anywhere.

But suddenly i've recieved 3 $50 bestbuy giftcertificates and i cant exchange them for cash...

So i was wondering what exactly do you do when you "pm":

Who do you ask?
What are the rules?

Go to customer service, tell them you want the items you are trying to purchase but another store has them for a lower price. Make sure the other store has the item in stock and they should adjust the price accordingly.
