n00b question bout rivatuner

I have a Chaintech GT61 Ti4600 on a P4S533. Rivatuner says I am running at 2x AGP. How do I get to 4x? System BIOS says I am set to 4x. Please head me in the right direction oh wise and knowledgeable ones.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system.

I am using 28.32 for the 4600 and 1006 for my bios. Anyone else out there with the P4S533. The faq on the 1007 bios says its for the Celeron update. So that shouldn't do anything for this problem.
