different motherboards can report the wrong temp, so theres no problem there and it's not overclcoking beucase of a diff board, go back to the oldboard for bettter overclocking. try moving your memory to a diff slot and check your bios setting.also do you have latest drivers and did you reinstall windows when you changed boards, that will cause alot of problems. is the computer stable at default speed with the new motherboard if not then theres something wrong with your board
