N Korea says US is 'empire of the devil'

North Korea - named by US President George Bush as part of an "axis of evil" - has described the US as the "empire of the devil".
The official North Korean news agency said Mr Bush was using the threat supposedly posed by North Korea as a pretext for a huge increase in defence spending.

Earlier this week, Mr Bush presented Congress with a $2,000bn budget, which represents the biggest military build-up since the fall of the Soviet Union.

Just more political games. =\

Has fo the buildup, that should be very nice to the defense industry. Lots of layed off areospace workers out there that could use a job.

so the commies don't believe in God, but they believe in the devil?

Yeh, malnutrition does that to your brain.

<< Swell! Now we've resorted to name-calling.

They better be careful. We'll get them during recess. 😛

Since they claim they can not feed their population and must have the support of our aid in food and medication (U.S. is the main contributor) but fail to negotiate in good faith on nearly any arms or terrorist concerns.............perhaps it's time for some "hard love" and we stop enabling those whom make threats toward us...................😉

i was stationed in south korea. i think going to the DMZ put it all into perspective for me. those mugs are just flat out crazy. kim il song, and now his son jong il was/are just totally insane with power.

btw, the south koreans are mad at bush for calling north korean evil. they think it will hurt their reuinification efforts with the north.

Oh, the South Koreans are mad! Well, they can kiss my ... just like the North Koreans. Is no one in this world grateful for all of the good the US does for them????

Actually, they were displeased in the days immeadiately after the speech, but, a few days ago released a statement saying they fully backed President Bush's words and there could be no "reunification" with the north while they insisted upon developing weapons of mass destruction and aiding terrorists..........:Q

The North Korean government can kiss my ass. If they don't shut up, we will nuke 'em, pave 'em, and turn that place into the world's largest amusement park.

Hmm.......CNN....but that was a few days ago I saw it there and on Drudge so it may take some digging............😉

Also, Japan and China absolutely HATE North Korea. Same with South Korea, obviously. So we get our best friend Britain, China, Japan, S. Korea, and our force to flatten out N. Korea. Problem solved.

Where did you hear that China hates North Korea? I think you got some wrong information.
