So I goto get into bed today, and my cat decided to leave me a present on my pillow, mattress, destroy my sheets, and now I have to have my comforter re-dry cleaned. Shes never even peed on the carpet (from day one shes gone in the litter box). Stupid cat, she knows she did something wrong, because immediately after scalding her she ran to her newly cleaned litter box, and is lying there (not in poop). Off to buy new sheets, and pillows.

how long have you had the cat?
any changes in diet?
Did you move furniture, spring clean, or in any other way distrub the norm?
is the cat still eating, drinking, playing as usual?

If this happened with no real changes in the household then the cat is probably sick. If you made some major changes in the household, the cat has probably not adjusted to them.

Dude, I hope you dont do anything stupid to the cat. You don't sound like the type, but still, control your anger :) Cats are just so awesome, but they are also like babies. At times, they do stupid things but aren't they the sweetest buddies 99.9% of the time? Anyways, cute cat. Go play with her.

*misses his cat :(*

I think shes a blue burmise, I got from the pound, shes extremely chatty and I would never do anything to harm her. Actually now tht I think about it, our air conditioner broke and its been about 83 degrees in here for the past 3 days. I haven't even adjusted to it. And yesterday, I had a film shoot and a dog was here so we had to lock her in my bedroom. Looking back I get a feeling of revenge was in order.

You just explained it right there. Things will level out, just dont punish the cat for this.

burmese are chatty cats. and heavy (solid) too. they call them bricks wrapped in silk. They are supposed to be very loving and trusting kittys.

Shes definately a solid, extremely bright and talkative cat. She knows whats going on when, she doesn't cry when shes in the car (had to drive her 4 hours when I first got her from Atlanta) my other cats at home hate the car. But she like to play fetch alot and she'll clean my beard to wake me up in the morning. (Which is really anooying and wakes me up)
