Agreed. And I don't even think most people would think "I'm not risking my life for that guy", they'd probably just stare dumbly, kind of like at a Youtube video.

Most people would see that and not mentally comprehend what's happening because it would seem like it *couldn't* possibly be happening.

Quick-thinkers and those with military/emergency-response training would be much more likely to be able to recognize the situation, evaluate, and jump in.

Teenagers can probably skip the evaluate part. They're invincible, right? ;)

I'm confused. Did they go under the train, as in they laid down between the tracks as the train passed overhead? Or did they lay down on the side of the tracks with the train just passing them by on the side?
