the point is to be a Mystery.

Mystery shoppers are not supposed to tell stores who they are.

I used to... I never knew who was and who wasn't but I always got 100%...

for like $25, there's a site that will get you connected to all the mystery shopping placement groups in your area. (now if i only remembered the site!) 😱

but bear in mind, they aren't always local to you, and some of them require you to buy something, only later to return it. in the end, time == money, and they do reimburse you mostly ($5-15 usually... i see $10 for most), but i don't know if it's worth the effort...

i've unsubscribed to all the mystery shopper services i used to have subscriptions to. i never went ahead and did anything.
