the point is to be a Mystery.

Mystery shoppers are not supposed to tell stores who they are.

I used to... I never knew who was and who wasn't but I always got 100%...

for like $25, there's a site that will get you connected to all the mystery shopping placement groups in your area. (now if i only remembered the site!)

but bear in mind, they aren't always local to you, and some of them require you to buy something, only later to return it. in the end, time == money, and they do reimburse you mostly ($5-15 usually... i see $10 for most), but i don't know if it's worth the effort...

i've unsubscribed to all the mystery shopper services i used to have subscriptions to. i never went ahead and did anything.
