The mystery of life is...there is no mystery. No burning bush, no voice from above. No doubt about it. The world would be better off with out the fictional concept called religion.;)

Hmm, a reasonable argument, but wouldn't it be better with religion i.e. something to look forward to, as well as tolerance?

How wonderful, you are meaningless, I am too. Your children. Their deaths at the hands of strangers would be irrelevant. We are accidents of the cosmos. To paraphrase "Existance is futile" Then you get to grow old (maybe) but suffer with some disease. There as you lie dying, you have the comfort of your assurance that everything you have ever done, what your parentshave done, doesn't by definition matter, and that your beloved children will suffer the same fate. To think otherwise is less logical than the "mysteries" of life. And at the end of time, if the whole human race dies horribly. we have the comfort of knowing if mattered not more than the flip of a coin, Thanks for the that uplifting thought on this lovely morning.
