Hhhmm, I wonder what caused it. After thaqt post it got a whole lot worse and I had to do a cold restart (system was running so slow I couldn't even shut it down). Certainly wasn't Outlook and this system is no slouch (Athlon 64 3400+ 1gb RAM) and nothing like that has happened to me before. Weird.
