he should've let it run till new years day, that'll REALLY cause some panic. its only human nature to be afraid of the unknown.

like aliens, we wish they exist, but when we find them, will people accept it?

I kept having flashbacks from that scene in Terminator 2. You know, the one where Sarah Conner is standing next to a playground and everything blows up. :Q

Probably... but I didn't know anything about eon8 at all until this thread and i watch the ymmtd site... making it a spooky conspiracy type thing. and it scared me. And i am sitting here all by myself... wondering if it was really a terrorist thing (I smelled the fallout of the twin towers for days after the fact) or if my brand new $1,500 laptop was gonna be FUBARed by a virus or something.

it was scary and exciting at the same time.

i have no life.

The guy got a lot of interesting reactions. Most interesting reactions are those who just accepted everything as some sort of conspiracy and sought(or guessed) to find out who was behind it.

To me it shows how easily people are to expect the worst possibility without any concrete Proof, just innuendo mixed with mood inducing music.
