Mystere Tickets (Cirque du Soleil)

I'm going to Vegas in about a month and thought it would be a good idea to pre-order my tickets to Mystere.

To my surprise, it told me that I could get the front row.

I've been to a different Cirque du Soleil show, and I realize that they are all different--Do I want front row tickets at this show? Or is it like a movie, where it is usually more ideal to be back a little bit?

Also--I read online that Monday and Tuesday showings of Mystere are "Dark"? What does this mean, that the stage is darker than usual?

Well I saw the show about a week ago while I was in Vegas.

It was SO awesome. I can't thank you guys enough for advising me to sit in the balcony, it made a huge difference.

I absolutely loved every second of it. I enjoyed this one more than LOVE.

Anyway, thanks again.

Why did you recommend those specific seats?
 
I've seen Zumanity, Nubia, and O...and had all types of different seats for each one from the most expensive to the cheapest.

There was not a bad seat in the house.
 
I saw Mystere twice...once in the balcony and once down by the stage...

IMO, the best seats would be the front row of the balcony in the middle of the theather...there is so much stuff going on stage and up in the air, it is difficult to take everything in if you are very close to the stage...plus the seats are cheaper... 🙂

Yeah, that is exactly where my parents sat. Maybe I will try for Row A, Section 203 (Front row of upper middle balcony).

Row D has 16 seats. 7-9 are dead center
Row E has 18 seats, 8-10 are dead center
Row F has 20 seats, 9-11 are dead center

For section 104, go for rows D, E, F, closest as you can to seat 1.

Last time I saw Mystere, I sat in row G, sec 103, but right in the middle (seat 12). I felt like I was just a bit too far for my tastes. You miss a bit of the facial detail, which is integral to the story (experience?). Doing it again, I'd probably sit in D or E.
 
I was sitting on the side and it sucked. I did spank the hostess's ass though. It was she to clear things up. Whatever you do...do not get side seats.
 
I saw Mystere, lots of stuff going on at once. So it might be best for you to sit farther from the front, but find one in the middle sections.
 
You want to sit close to the front, but not front row. I saw Ka in Las Vegas and it was really intense, even from about 10 rows back.

 
I saw Mystere a couple of months ago. I was probably 5 rows from the top of the first level in the dead center. The seats were great! You really do need to be a little further back to see everything that is going on.
 
Sit in the middle in the front of the one of the cheapest areas. No seat is bad in Mystere. Do not sit in the most expensive front row as a lot of the action is above you. Sitting in the top allows you to see everything going on. I recommend the balcony wherever you sit. If you post the .jpg map I will tell you what seats to pick.
