MYSQL Help-How do I do this?????

In fusetalk, when I am installing it with the MYSQL database, it says to do this

"Create a datasource to the database using the SA or a DBO user (If you are using oracle ensure you use an ODBC driver not a native driver)."

How do I do this???? I am tottaly new to MySQL, and any help would be greatly appreciated

FUsetalk is programmed in Coldfusion, but the database I am using is MYSQL.

DBO is the Database Owner I think they want you to use the root MySQL user.
