My zen micro crapped out!

I know, I know! You guys want to hear a bad IPOd thread.. well no. My zen has been shot =( Its had nothing but good care and know its dead. Im going to send her in for the warranty and hopefully i get a better one.

Whats wrong with it?:
The earphones jack is shorted out.. every set of headphones sound bad. (common problem for the zen micro)

Now today it freezes up @ the "creative logo" GOSHHH! I thought this was better than the ipod!

LOL @ the last part! It died on its own! I need a 939 cpu.. anyone wanna buy a broken zen? It has over 4.5gb of RAP music.... its the 5gb version btw.

did you try to reload firmware and see if that fixes the problem or clean up hard drive by going into the maintainance menu ?

WTF! My sisters is now freezing up @ the logo screen... and hers is way newer than mine! LORD and htats a common problem as! Wtf creative.

I tried the maintinace menu and it freezes on my sisters @ the clean up menu and on mine it works but it doesnt fix my freeze up :/. Hers have the old stock firewire and i been updated mine couple months ago... but both have the same problem becept her doesnt have the earphone problem :/

I know when i RMA it that there going to send a new one, but its going to break once again in 5months :/ Maybe i should ask for a differnt model

rma get a new model and then ebay
