My wrists get sprained too easily

It doesn't matter what I do. Punch something, try to catch a football, chase my son on the floor, open doors...etc. I ALWAYS sprain/hurt my wrists.

Oh and when I move them around, they just "pop" constantly. Like nothing is aligned or something.

Is this something that can be possible? MY wife says it doesn't seem normal.

Mine are the same way. I'm 40 now, and I started noticing it when I was about 30-35. My wrist have gotten very weak, and I messed them up getting myself out of the bath tub tonight. I suspect it's some kind of arthritis, but I haven't looked into it.

IANAD, but I find my joint misalignments are usually due to muscle imbalance. Sometimes one muscle will cramp or just be tight and pull on my knee or whatever. Do you do any stretching and strengthening? Look up some wrist rehab or carpal tunnel prevention exercises and do them consistently for at least a month. Odds are very good that you'll get some serious improvement.

My ankles are like that, but not as bad (no, i don't wank with my feet).

Chances are if you have 'sprained' them a lot, you're not going to get much improvement and will just have to be careful. If they are just getting sore/damaged, which i suspect, then it's probably fixable with some stretching/strengthening exercises.

Either way, be careful, and good luck

I know there are ankle exercises you can do to prevent getting sprained ankles all of the time. Go to the gym or a nearby community center and see if you can find out what you can do about your wrists.

Your wrist should be kept rigid while pleasuring yourself. All you really need to do is rotate your elbow.

I hereby name you ATOT master masturbator...

Why? That technique is so 90's... Fleshlight is the master technique now.

Man up and exercise. There are exercises for the wrists that are far more effective in strengthing the wrists that fapping.

That's a good preliminary warm-up exercise, but isn't effective for strengthening.

If you've truly sprained the wrists, then odds are, you've damaged the tendons/ligaments and having good muscle tone and strength may help prevent future strains.

Step away from the keyboard, get the fuck out of your mom's basement, go to a doctor, physical therapist, and/or gym. MOST good gyms will have a trainer who's also knowledgeable in injuries and can help you to target specific muscle groups.

Now there MAY be females in the gym...there may be HOT females in the gym...but you will be required to refrain from fapping in the gym...(unless it's one of those kinds of gym) You'll have to wait until you get home to try out your new-found wrist strength. 😛

Hmm. I had a similiar problem for a few years.
I also had a bump on the top of my wrist. A doctor told me it was "ganglion mass" iirc.
It just didn't seem to get completely better, and then I would do some routine thing and "sprain" it again.
It eventually went away in like 3 years.

I'm nearly 31.

i had one of those too this year, a ganglion cyst.

it appeared the day after i did some pushups, it went away on its own a few weeks later.

a couple weeks ago my wrist was killing me, felt like a sprain. did some pushups with handles and on my knuckles to ease pressure on the wrist and some very minimal flat handed traditional pushups, like 4 at a time, very slowly for a week straight and that pretty much took care of the "sprain" (for lack of better term). Strange.

i'm sure its related to arthritis, carpal tunnel or something.

Yeah, I think my doctor also at times referred to it as a ganglion cyst. He joked that in the "old days" the answer was in a book. And then he jokingly took a very large book and said they would slam it on the cyst and that would break it up.
I don't think he was kidding.

Mine lasted as long as it did, I think, because I played a lot of baseball. Every so often I would lung at pitch and swing just so and, bam, it would hurt again.

You need to go to a chiropractor and have your back cracked. That fixes all.
Everyone knows this.
