My WoW chracter is missing :(

I don't see my character anymore. I created a new account and opened an in game ticket but so far no response. How long does it take for a GM to get back to you? Btw, if any of you guys are on Bronzebeard server can you do a /who on Shadowthrone?
 
Ok, finally was able to get back. Good thing it's back, if they lost my character I would've cancelled the subscription. No way in hell I'm going to sweat through 20+ levels again.
 
What a pity... I was going to say that losing your WOW character would be the best thing to happen to your social life in... ever.

(And 20 levels in World of Warcraft is hardly 'work' or cause for 'sweating')

I don't always have time to play. Took me more than 2 weeks to get where I am.
