My work colleague's NSX Type S

That's a gorgeous car. I definitely prefer the older flip-up headlight NSXs to the later ones. Those wheels look a little small by today's standards, but obviously that's part of how the car maintains such a civil ride despite its high level of handling prowess.

i like the later headlights myself.

pretty color. i want to slap a white longhorn magnet on it and drive it to football games.

Meh. That car doesn't do it for me anymore. Looks like an antiquated design thats too old.
Good condition though.

this car would still looks fairly recent on the roads today. nobody w/o specific knowledge of the nsx would believe this is a 19 year old car.

theres a newer NSX in my neighborhood, i take the long route biking whenever i go just to pass a glimpse of it.

There's a guy at work here that has one too, actually drives to work in it a fair amount on nicer days. I should bring my camera and snap a couple shots.

Yeah, they look small, but smaller wheels weigh less. You get lower unsprung weight and lower rotating mass.

Yeah, this one gets days out to the office fairly often, too. If he's there at the same time as me I park next to it so all the wild colour cars are together. 😀

Kind of meh performance on it for the kind of money you're laying out don't you think? I guess it's a pretty rare car though so that adds to the appeal. These were mid engine right?
