Ive bought many things from woot and have only had one "bad" experience when I bought a video card that didnt have the advertised free Far Cry game. I got a $30 refund which was more than the game was worth, no hassle.

That's fine, paying with paypal is the same as paying direct with your CC as long as you fund it with the credit card. If paypal does not assist you can easily file a dispute with the credit card.

In other words, you have never dealt with Woot CS. Why are you commenting on something you don't have experience on? When I walk into a post office and use the machine to buy stamps, I don't leave saying the customer service was excellent.
