Well, it does feature all aspects of a pie so yes, I guess it is a pie. That said, it is commonly referred to as a cheese cake. Just like a fisher cat is actually a member of a the weasel family and no one is trying to rename it a fisher weasel.

My vote is wrong now, since cheese cake is greater than all pies. I voted other.
