i dont know if it's really from the "cheek" of a cow, but man do i love this stuff, it's really greasy and rich, and delicious.

down here, we call it barbacoa.

makes great tacos as pointed out above... can get it every weekend at any number of mexican restaurants around.

Its really easy to make.

Fiesta Grocery Stores sells an (alternator sized slice of cheek) in the frozen meat section.

I put it in a crockpot and lightly season it with salt/pepper and lime. set the temprature to low and its ready 8-10 hours later.

haven't you seen hannibal rising? the cheek is supposed to be the best part, if you have a couple over for dinner you're supposed to offer one to the female guest first, then the male

Is she going to sprinkle some crack on it?

You say that often.

Shouldn't you be in a urinal staring at some other dudes dick?

Sure, where are we meeting?

Are you still at the home depot parking lot? I can be there soon.

Bring a tire gauge, a 1/2 empty can of SPAM, a double-amputee midget, and an expired pack of Pepcid AC.

:wine: :lips:

We made a goulash out of beef cheeks before and it was damn fine! I have the recipe at home somewhere...
