I desperately need to get back in shape and loose weight for medical reasons and this looks like it will work for me. Along with proper diet of course.

whats the difference between the volution and the regular gazelle? my wife got the regular one about 3 months ago, ive used it some, but being new years, im going to start eating less....eating better, and getting some exercise regularly. i kinda like the thing, its a tad strange, but seems to work well enough
