My website's uptime for last week

Their customers expect a complete redundant data center from a host that starts at $7.95/month?

There does not appear to be ANY redundancy as far as the network goes. While they use three different datacenters, all the routing goes through one. In addition to this, they are unable to take any UPS offline without taking the entire datacenter offline.
